Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is set in a really nice location, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all the fun activities the Dells has to offer. The rooms are beautiful, though they were a bit cold at times. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were moments when they seemed slow to respond. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options, but it could be better if they extended the time. Overall, it's a good value for a family-friendly getaway.
The hotel had some fantastic aspects, like clean and spacious rooms, but the lighting could use some improvement. The service was friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. The location is great for families, but a bit further from other attractions in town. Dining was a bit lacking in breakfast options, leaving us wanting more variety for a better overall experience.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I had a lot of fun with my kids in the pool area. However, the rooms weren't clean upon check-in, and the dining options lacked variety. Also, I found the location a bit too far from the tourist activities, which made it challenging with the kids.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located away from the chaos of downtown, perfect for families. The room was spacious with two double beds and a pull-out sofa, but it was a bit noisy and not in great condition. The staff was friendly, but there weren't enough of them to handle the busy season. Dining at the restaurant was really good, offering excellent meals. Overall, while it had its pleasant aspects, some issues with the room and service made it less than perfect.
I recently stayed at this resort, and while it has a stunning view of the Wisconsin River, the rooms left a lot to be desired. The service was great, with friendly staff who helped us out a lot, but the overall cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, was not up to par. The location is fairly convenient, being just a few miles from town, but there were a few safety concerns at the pool area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
